Casa Roberti
Casa Roberti has good access to the door with pretty potted plants, beautiful fragrant jasmine and summer colour. There is plenty of room to play or just to sit and soak up the sun, views and peacefulness. There is a small above ground swimming pool and a large trampoline for young and old alike We have a bbq, plenty of seating outside and shade provided by a parasol . If you like walking there are miles of tracks, a cave and a ruin nearby to explore.
RECEPTION ROOM
The front door leads to a reception room with seating, book shelves with a selection of books, games and puzzles. There is also a piano. An information pack with details of the house and information on the area.
KITCHEN
Through to the fully fitted kitchen with large oven with 5 ring hob, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Plenty of pots and cutlery for you to create your traditional Italian cuisine, a selection of cookery books is also provided.
In the kitchen there is also a large farmhouse style dining suite seating 10. There is also a fireplace with large wood burning stove.
LIVING ROOM
Off the reception room is the cosy living room, with large 3 piece suite seating 8, TV, video and DVD players, stereo, with a selection of DVDs and CDs and a digibox. There is also a fireplace with wood burning stove.
BATHROOM 1
Off the kitchen is a small utility area with cupboard containing cleaning essentials and through to bathroom 1 where there is a large fully tiled shower, basin and Wc, cupboard with hairdryer.
